Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective November 3, 2026
We want you to feel good about what you pay for. Here is exactly how trials, cancellations, and refunds work.
Free trial
Every membership starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. If you don't cancel, your plan begins when the trial ends and your payment method is charged.
How to cancel
- Sign in, open your account page, and choose Cancel membership.
- Or cancel in your PayPal account under automatic payments (Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments → Best Chapter).
- Or email support@bestchapter.co and we'll cancel it for you.
After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Monthly membership ($10 per month)
You can cancel at any time and won't be charged for the following month. Because you keep access through the end of the month you paid for, we don't refund the current month. If you were charged by mistake, such as being billed after you canceled, email us and we'll refund it.
Annual membership ($60 per year)
If you ask within 14 days of being charged, we'll refund the full annual payment, no questions asked. After that, we don't refund the unused part of the year, but you can cancel to stop renewal and keep access until the year ends. If you were charged by mistake (for example, after you canceled), email us and we'll refund it.
One-time guides and digital products
If you're not happy with a guide or digital product, email us within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund you. When we refund a purchase, access to that product ends.
How to request a refund
Email support@bestchapter.co from the address on your account, and tell us which purchase it is. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal, and usually appear within 3 to 5 business days, though your bank or card issuer can take longer.
Problems with a charge
If you see a charge you don't recognize, please contact us first. We're quick to fix mistakes. You also have rights through PayPal and your card issuer, which we don't limit.
